[PATCH 2/2] Sysfs interface for accessing non-volatile configuration.

This will create the following sysfs directories:
/sys/class/net/ethX
		...
		|-- boot_options
		|   |-- bootflag
		|   `-- boottime
		...
		|-- mesh_ie
		|   |-- capability
		|   |-- mesh_id
		|   |-- metric_id
		|   `-- protocol_id
