[PATCH RESEND] mwifiex: fix NULL pointer dereference error

In mwifiex_enable_hs, we need to check if
priv->wdev.wiphy->wowlan_config is NULL before accessing it's member.
This sometimes cause kernel panic when suspend/resume.
