Well... you are not the only one to complain about this issue and unfortunately, there isn't much I can do. What it means is that the device is removed from the bus by the PCIe controller. This happens due to an electrical problem which I can't really help with. This can be caused by different types of voodoos, like interference on the PCIe lines and other things that can't really be root caused without taking the system into the lab and adding PCIe analyzer probes.
I am afraid I can't really help.
As a workaround, you can unbind the device from the bus and re-enumerate. This will bring the device back... until the next failure.
