[PATCH v3 2/2] wcn36xx: split DMA mask register writing.

Per comments from Bjorn Andersson <bjorn.andersson@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>,
split DMA mask register writing as seperate patch in case we need
bi-sect in the furture.
