[PATCH 05/10] staging: wilc1000: fixes potential null dereference 'wid.val'

This patch fixes the error reported by smatch.
 - Handle_ListenStateExpired() error: potential null dereference 'wid.val'
If kmalloc failed, referenced to a NULL pointer.
