802.11 hardware with stable support for IBSS and AP mode

Hello all,
I'm looking for a well supported WLAN adapter that meets the following requirements:
* 802.11g support
* stable IBSS support
* stable AP support
* regulatory domain support that is not limited to the normal channels (our company has regulatory permission to use restricted frequencies).
* station mode support would be nice, but is a secondary issue

My understanding is, that the iwl3945/iwl4965 would meet most requirements except for the regulatory control. I've tried ath5k, but in IBSS mode it stops receiving under moderate load.

So, any recommendations?
