[PATCH] treewide: Fix typo compatability -> compatibility

Even though 'compatability' has a dedicated entry in the Wiktionary,
it's listed as 'Mispelling of compatibility'. Fix it.

I can split this into one patch per subsystem, but that seems a bit overkill.
