With rx_pending count imbalance + your patch on top I cannot reproduce
allocation failure issue (tested on 1 hour iperf session).
Reason why console was completely blocked was that iperf server eats ~
55% cpu + kworker ~27 + ksoftirq ~14 so I think this is cause
why console was unresponsive. Thanks for patches. You can add my Tested-by ;)
