[PATCH] atmel: Remove typedef atmel_priv_ioctl

The Linux kernel coding style guidelines suggest not using typedefs
for structure types. This patch gets rid of the typedef for
atmel_priv_ioctl. 

The following Coccinelle semantic patch detects the case:

 struct i { ... }

 ;
