Hi all,

I am trying to compile backport-3.15.1-1 with Kernel 2.6.35.14 for the AP mode of the ath9k driver.
(I only did "make menuconfig" and add KLIB= "compiled and installed kernel path" in a Makefile.)

In Kernel 2.6.35.14, however, I got many errors "error: linux/printk.h: No such file or directory".
Because many file loactation (Directory) were changed between 2.X and 3.X kernel versions.

In Kernel 3.0.2, I got error "error: too few arguments to function 'scatterwalk_map'".
scatterwalk_map of the backport-3.15.1-1 uses only one argument and also call kernel function using one argument.
But scatterwalk_map of the Kernel 3.0.2 uses two arguments and also call kernel function using two arguments.
The argument of the scatterwalk_map was changed between kernel 3.3 and 3.4.

In Kernel 3.15.1, I got error "error: 'struct net' has no member named 'ieee802154_lowpan'".
In the file backports-3.15.1-1/backport-include/net/net_namespace.h, LINUX_VERSION_CODE is not working.
After I comment (// or /* ... */) all lines of the file, I can got success in the compile of the backport-3.15.1-1.
However, the compiled kernel modules will be working with only kernel 3.15.1.

My compile environment is correct ?
Should I compile with same version between kernel and backport ? (backport-3.15.1-1 with Kernel 3.15.1)
How can I compile backport-3.15.1-1 with Kernel 2.6.35.14 ?

Thanks, Hong
