[PATCH 02/11] staging: vt6656: MACvSetKeyEntry remove camel case.

camel case changes
pDevice -> priv
wKeyCtl -> key_ctl
uEntryIdx -> entry_idx
uKeyIdx -> key_idx
pbyAddr -> addr
wOffset -> offset
