OK. Was this a bug that was identified and fixed between 3.11 and
3.13.5? I looked briefly at the kernel git log messages at
https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commits/master/drivers/net/wireless/iwlwifi/mvm
but I am completely unfamiliar with this code.

Until I upgrade, I'll just set power_scheme=1.
