[PATCH] mac80211_hwsim: use CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW

The beacon timers really shouldn't use any clock that is
subject to adjustments from userspace, particularly not
CLOCK_REALTIME. Use CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW instead.
