*1. rt61pci works only if at least one "iwlist scanning" has been given

*2. the rt61pci module works well, but only if the user gives at least
one time (after kernel initialization or module load) the command
"iwlist scanning" ... otherwise it configures correctly all the
parameters on the interface, but the card will never start
transferring packets (and you will never see the quality of signal
values on the iwconfig output). note that if the card is already
configured, it will start working just at the completion of the
"iwlist scanning" command.
