[PATCH 2/2] staging: vt6656: rxtx.c: s_uGetDataDuration Drop argument byDurType.

When byDurType == DATADUR_B then byPktType == PK_TYPE_11B

Drop argument byDurType and filter on byPktType == PK_TYPE_11B.
