[PATCH 2/2] NFC: pn533: Staticize local symbols

These local symbols are used only in this file.
Fix the following sparse warnings:

drivers/nfc/pn533.c:2576:5: warning: symbol 'pn533_dev_up' was not declared. Should it be static?
drivers/nfc/pn533.c:2581:5: warning: symbol 'pn533_dev_down' was not declared. Should it be static?
