[PATCH] rtl8192c:dm: Properly initialize local array.

GCC 4.8 is spitting out uninitialized-varaible warnings against "drivers/net/wireless/rtlwifi/rtl8192c/dm_common.c".
This trivial patch just adds initialization to the variable.
