I don't know, I only test mac80211-zd1211rw (which I have a very good
experience of, by the way).

Dunno.  But you definitely need to actually call "a" rate conversion
function instead of passing the wrong thing on in radiotap.  If you want
to use one of these other conversion functions that you know about to
fix it instead, please feel free to supersede my patch that way and I
will be just as happy.
