On Fedora 16 there's already the 'wimax' package which installs the
necessary hardware level stuff.  Make sure you update the realm
in /etc/wimax/config.xml to be "clearwire-wmx.net" instead of
"welcome.clearwire-wmx.net" though, otherwise you'll keep dropping to
the landing page instead of getting internet.

sudo yum install wimax

should get you the basic tools.  There's NetworkManager integration for
WiMAX but that's not built yet for Fedora because only recently did I
get around to making it a plugin instead of required.
