to scan for networks

and then, for example,

$ wimaxcu connect network 2

to connect to the network that is listed as #2 (in the US that'd be
clearwire)."

When I issued 'wimaxcu scan' it returned:

wimaxcu scan
WARNING: SW Radio is OFF.
Please turn ON the SW Radio to perform a scan.

How do I turn on the SW? I am assuming this is the wimax radio.
