I had to manually apply all of them -- I guess patch and git are not liking the weirdo combination of CRLF vs LF. I need to get that sorted out sooner than later or I am going to go nuts over it. For the future, if you want, just clone the git tree and tell me where to pull from, if it makes it easier for you.
