Can we use a hidden selection manner, which means:

config PARAVIRT_TIME_ACCOUNTING
       def_bool PARAVIRT

Because I think we needn't give too many choices to users (and bring
much more effort to test).

PowerPC even hide all the PARAVIRT config options...
