[PATCH] virtio: use smp_XX barriers

Documentation/memory-barriers.txt says:
Mandatory barriers should not be used to control SMP effects, since
mandatory barriers unnecessarily impose overhead on UP systems.

This rule applies to virtio, so let's do it correctly.
