I think if Andrew is happy with this lot in -mm, then we can easily 
stream patches to him as they arise.

Once they're -mm, we need to decide if we should rebase to -mm or keep 
following head.  At the moment there are only a couple of trivial 
rejects against -mm, so its not a big problem.
