Recalling messages when sent to a public mailing list does not work.
Also, recalling messages doesn't work for people who use text-based
email clients like mutt.  Just don't bother.

If you need to resend a patch, use the [PATCH v2] subject prefix (or v3,
etc) with the revised patch.  `git format-patch` has a --subject-prefix
flag you can use, or you can pass in -vX (where X is a number).

Also, does this mean you're using Outlook to send your patches?  If you
are, you'll need to switch mail clients, because Outlook mangles
patches.
