"EHCI: BIOS handoff failed (BIOS bug?) 01010001" on Celeron N2805 (Bay Trail) / Gateway LT41P

I have a fabulous Gateway LT41P04u (w/ Insydeh20 BIOS v2.03) and a
Celeron N2805 (Bay Trail)

I managed to boot Fedora on it (a bit tricky since it has "Secure
Boot" and the UEFI is 32 bit, but Fedora only has an EFI installer for
64 bit).

Anyway... it does boot, but the USB does not work.

I get messages like:

Any ideas for work arounds or fixes ?  I can supply additional debug
info if that will help.
