[PATCH 00/13] staging: dwc2: Register-related cleanups

Hi folks,

these are the last of that huge series of patches I sent a few months
ago. What's left is mostly cleanups related to register and
configuration values.

Note that this series does not apply cleanly in combination with the
GAHBCFG patch that Paul posted. If either one is accepted, I'm happy to
rebase the other one to fix that (I didn't include his patch right away,
because there is still some discussion about it).
