Hi.

Are you convinced of the need of managing 32 bits usage tags in usbutils ? Do you prefer a deeper check of the whole usbutils lib for this feature ?

The §3.1 (page 15) of the "HID Usage Table" (http://www.usb.org/developers/devclass_docs/Hut1_11.pdf) shows that this feature should not be too rare.
