kernel 3.9-rc5 - system does not show information about the new drive.

Kernel 3.9-rc5 has trouble with USB [under 3.9-rc4 is ok]. System [Kubuntu 12.10] does not mount properly the USB drives ... or more precisely can be mounted, but for example, KDE does not show information about the new drive ... and you will not see errors in dmesg.
  
When I start the system on each of the test machines [tested on my 4 computers] displays a message - there is only variable udevd [...]:
 
udevd [107]: uid = 65534 sender, message ignored
 
or on another machine:
 
udevd [116]: uid = 65534 sender, message ignored
 
etc. as I write variable is [...]
