epilogue for this story:
An hardware reviewer kindly tried his usb dock with a HDD instead of a
SSD. (on windows)
It was also recognized as an USB2.

So, it seems to be a hard conception problem.
=> I bought another sata/USB3 device (with no HUB, no IDE) and it's
working perfectly.
