[RFC PATCH 4/4] USB: OMAP: Tahvo USB transceiver driver

Add Tahvo USB transceiver driver.

Based on old code from linux-omap tree. The original driver was written
by Juha Yrjölä, Tony Lindgren, and Timo Teräs.
