I can't tell what's going on without a lot more information.  For 
example, the entire dmesg log starting from boot.

You didn't even say what version of the Linux kernel you are using.

It looks like the EHCI controller is working properly.  Does your board 
have an OHCI controller?  Maybe it's not working right.
