I posted some comments on a few of the patches; you don't have to do anything about them right away if you prefer not to. I haven't looked at them in enough detail yet to make sure that they don't change anything for USB-2 devices. Assuming they don't, I won't have any objections to the first 7 patches. The last one is the trickiest. Can you at least break it up into two pieces: one to get rid of the recursion in the resetting code and the other for everything else?
