USB 3.0 xHCI driver fails to load no USB 3.0 ports work

I'v tested Ubuntu and mainline kernels.
In UEFI mode there is a problem loading xHCI module thus no USB 3.0 support.
In bios compatibility mode (no UEFI) ports work ok.
