Hi I'd like to report a couple of USB problems I've been seeing since trying out the 3.5-rc series of kernels - the oops are from 3.5-rc5 running Ubuntu 11.10 Gigabyte USB3-B3/H67MA-USB3-B3 MB. I don't see these problems with kernel 3.4. Let me know if you need anymore info - thanks. Bug1 ---- 3com 3CRUSB10075 (Zydas device in lsusb) consistently causes a kernel panic at boot time or when inserted in a live system Bug2 ---- This is a home theatre PC and I'm pretty sure the kernel panic happens when I've been using the remote control (IR receiver is Ortek device in lsusb) but the oops mentions rt2800usb which is used by the Trendnet TEW-664UB (ralink device in lsusb) I'm using because of Bug1, but this may just be a coincidence as I'm a habitual channel surfer so the remote is always in my hand!
