A proposal of making port a real device. Can we divide the whole project into
two steps?
First is to create port devices under the hub device, don't change the relation
among
hub, ports and children.
Second is to deal with their relation. Move the children under port devices.

In my opinion the children shouldn't be moved.  In some sense they are
already in the wrong place: A child's parent should be the hub
interface, not the hub device.
Ok. So we current should just create port devices under hub interface, right?
