Given that 3.4 is about to come out any day now, combined with the fact that I really should be working on any one of the 5 different presentations I'm going to be giving next week, I'm saying that the USB tree is now closed for the 3.5 merge window. I'll accept bug fixes now, as always, and will queue up anything that isn't a bugfix for 3.6, but I think I've flushed everything out.
