While at it, could you please do a quick test with designware_udc
at 32, 44.1 and 48KHz sampling rates.

     $  insmod g_audio.ko  c_srate=32000
     $  insmod g_audio.ko  c_srate=44100
     $  insmod g_audio.ko  c_srate=48000

  and see if you observe any noise in the captured USB_OUT audio.

Unfortunately I don't have access to anything other than OMAP4.
And I really want to know how UAC2 works with other UDCs.

Currently I am working with dwc3. I do not have same setup of designware_udc. I had used it 2 weeks back. I will stabilize it on dwc3 and will let you know its behavior on dwc3.
