This patch has been acked by Peter Chen for imx platforms and Li Yang for ppc platforms... Also the patch updating all fsl soc's usb controller version has been accepted by the maintainer, and is awaiting upstream... http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/136550/ So, the above USB patch should work for all fsl platforms.
