driver "option"

Hello all,
(please Cc me on reply as I didn't subscribe to the list)

Just found the following in my syslog:

2012-01-16T17:56:13.264463+01:00 grml logger: usb_modeswitch: adding device ID 12d1:1003 to driver "option"
2012-01-16T17:56:13.265533+01:00 grml logger: usb_modeswitch: please report the device ID to the Linux USB developers!

root@picard ~ # uname -a
Linux picard.franken.de 3.1.0-3-grml-amd64 #1 SMP Wed Dec 21 23:56:26 UTC 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux

(I'm running grml, and grml basically uses the vanilla kernel,
packaged as .deb)

Is this email enough to report the device ID to the Linux USB
developers, or should I try something else?

Bye,
Thomas
