You need to follow our Submission procedure, you can find it on
Documentation/SubmittingDrivers, Documentation/SubmittingPatches and
Documentation/SubmitChecklist.

It would also be good to read Documentation/CodingStyle and run
checkpatch.pl and sparse on the patch submission.

Also, always keep linux-usb@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in Cc, and remove the
[E-mail confidentiality Notice] you have on your footer.
