At the moment there isn't a solution, but a driver is being worked on
for this device.  It uses the same Qualcomm chipset as a lot of other
devices, so we'd like to get a driver that works for them all instead of
just hacking one for the E398.  When that driver appears, it should
allow connections to both 3G and 4G without using PPP at all.
