transcend sdhc class 10 16GB does not work with USB 3 with transcend rdf8k reader

kernel 3.0.14, asus P8Z68-V PRO GEN3 mobo.
the transcend reader works with other cards with USB 3, but not this transcend card..
the reader works with every card when connected to USB 2 port.

(I don't bother booting to xhci-debug-enabled-kernel just to get debug stuffs)
