May be this is the basic Question, But please help me clear my doubt. How USB LAN works ?
This is not very clear question, especially since there is no such thing as “USB LAN”. What you're most likely referring to is Ethernet over USB as implemented by by g_ether (there are actually a few flavours of that). All it does is provide a way to send Ethernet packets between USB host and USB device. Once you have that, you can assign both sides an IP address and use the USB connection the samy way you'd use Ethernet connection between two network interfaces. -- Best regards, _ _ .o. | Liege of Serenely Enlightened Majesty of o' \,=./ `o ..o | Computer Science, Michał “mina86” Nazarewicz (o o) ooo +----<email/xmpp: mpn@xxxxxxxxxx>--------------ooO--(_)--Ooo-- -- To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-usb" in the body of a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
