[PATCH 0/2] xHCI bug fixes for 3.2

Hi Greg,

Here's two patches for 3.2.  It turns out that the problems we were
seeing with the NEC chipset were caused by a driver bug, so one of the
commits reverts the reset-resume quirk patch that I sent you on Nov 29.

Head commit should be 0de13500ad1d8a66b7dc1e7fa517ea15a2625c9e.
