Indeed.  Oliver, see commits 8f88893c05f2f677f18f2ce5591b4bed5d4a7535 
(PM: Update the policy on default wakeup settings) and
a6eeeb9f45b5a417f574f3bc799b7122270bf59b (USB: Update USB default 
wakeup settings).
