Any updates for your patch? If possible, I would like to co-work with you about this patch, and test it at my platform. 

Balbi, I think Heikki's OTG rework patch plus his first RFC to separate otg utilities with phy utilities
(http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-usb/msg50149.html)
is meaningful, at least for platforms who have no OTG driver, but need phy operation.
Just like current mainline Freescale i.mx usb driver, it has not otg driver now, but it really needs phy's
operation.
