Hi,

Could you provide some detailed info about your issue?
Such as:  kernel version, usb host controller info, and the output of
dmesg after the crash.

Without this information, no one can help the issue for you.

If possible, please enable CONFIG_USB_DEBUG to rebuild kernel,
then reproduce the issue and post out the 'dmesg' result after crash.
