If your bug reporter(s) > can test it, that would be great. I looked more closely at that bugzilla entry. It turns out that both John and Curtis are having problems with an EHCI controller, not OHCI. In John's case, it appears that the problem is caused by a non-working external hub. In Curtis's case, I can't tell what's happening. For greater ease in debugging, you might want to have these people report their problems on linux-usb. It would also be good if they are able to build and test their own kernels.
