If possible, could you take a look at the thread at

The OP's problem was with an MCP67 USB controller, which was fixed with commit
6ea12a04d295. Although it looks to me as if the patch should apply to all nVidia
controllers, it seems that the fix is not sufficient for the MCP61 controller,
as the log spamming continues even with kernel 3.1.
